Our Internet presence is stored by a hosting service provider who provides us with infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance. We have concluded an order processing contract with them. Data processing is carried out for the purpose of guaranteeing the operational readiness of our Internet presence, in which we have a justified interest, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

In addition, the server log file data is also collected by third parties (see below).

Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified and provided that no statutory storage requirements are in conflict.

For the execution of our e-mail communication, we have commissioned a service provider who provides us with infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage and database services, security and technical maintenance services. With this we have concluded a contract processing contract. – Information: You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 15 DSGVO;

– Correction: You have the right to demand the immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning you. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 16 DSG-VO;

– Deletion: You have the right to demand the immediate deletion of personal data concerning you. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 17 DSG-VO;

– Limitation of processing: You have the right to demand that your personal data be restricted. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 18 DSGVO;

– Data transferability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to have this data transferred by us to another person responsible. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 20 DSGVO;

– Revocation of consents: You have the right to revoke your consent at any time if the processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a or Art. 9 (2) lit. a DSGVO. Data processing remains legal until revoked. The revocation only applies for the future. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 7 (3) DSGVO;

– Complaints: Irrespective of any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the DSGVO. You will find the prerequisites for this in Art. 77 DSGVO.

5.2 RIGHT OF OBJECTION

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU WHICH WE PROCESS BECAUSE OF OUR OVERRIDING LEGITIMATE INTEREST (ART. 6 (1) LIT. E OR F DSGVO), WITH EFFECT FOR THE FUTURE. THE PREREQUISITES FOR THIS CAN BE FOUND IN ART. 21 DSGVO.

6. Storage period of personal data and deletion

Unless a different storage period is mentioned above, we store the data as long as they are necessary for their purpose and legal storage obligations exist. According to legal requirements, the data is stored for 6 years in accordance with § 257 Para. 1 HGB (Commercial Books, Inventories, Opening Balance Sheets, Annual Financial Statements, Commercial Letters, Accounting Vouchers, etc.) and for 10 years in accordance with § 147 Para. 1 AO (Books, Records, Laender Reports, Accounting Vouchers, Commercial and Business Letters, Documents Relevant for Taxation, etc.).

After expiry of the retention period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted unless they are no longer required for contract fulfilment or contract initiation and/or we have no justified interest in further storage.
